At Hidden Discoveries, we know you’re excited to get your hands on your finds-and we’re just as excited to get them to you! Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship our treasure. 

 

Processing Time

We pack and ship orders within 1-3 business days (not including weekends or holidays). Once your order is on the way, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation with tracking info so you can follow your discovery in real time!

 

SHIPPING Options

You’ll see your shipping options (and rates) at checkout, but here’s a quick rundown:

  • Standard Shipping (3-7) business days) 
  • Expedited Shipping ( 2-3 business days, extra cost) 
  • Free Shipping on select items or minimum orders (when available-keep an eye out!)

 

Heads up: delivery delays may happen during high-volume times or due to carrier hiccups.

 

Local Pickup (Stockton, CA)

If you’re nearby, skip the shipping and pick up in-store for free!

Pickup Hours:

Wednesday-Sunday 12 PM – 6 PM

(We’re closed Mondays & Tuesdays)

We’ll email you when your order is ready-usually within 24 hours!

 

Tracking Your Order

You’ll get a transcript link once your order ships. If it’s been more 24 hours and tracking still isn’t showing, give it a little more time-then feel free to reach out.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

We carefully pack every order, but if something arrives damaged or doesn’t show up, please email us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We’ll do our best to make it right. 

 

International Shipping

Right now, we only ship within the U.S. (But who knows-maybe someday we’ll go worldwide!)
