No Worries Returns- Just the Way It Should Be
At Hidden Discoveries, we’re all about good vibes and great finds. But hey-sometimes things don’t go as planned. If something’s off with your order, don’t stress. We’ve made returns simple and worry-free!
What Can Be Returned?
We accept return on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:
- Item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- Must include all original tags and inserts
- Proof of purchase required (order # or receipt)
What Can’t Be Returned?
To keep things safe and faire for everyone, we do not accept returns on:
- Opened trading card packs or blind bags
- Final sale & clearance items
- Mystery bundles or customized goods
- Event tickets or dated sign-up activities
Damaged or Incorrect Orders?
Oh no! If your item arrived broken, defective, or it’s the wrong thing-email us within 3 days of receiving it. Please include:
- Your name + order number
- A photo of the issue
- Quick description so we can fix it fast

Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we inspect the return. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made a mistake.
How to Start a Return

- Wait for confirmation & return instructions
- Ship the item back (you cover the cost unless it was our goof!)
